Medicare home health

Who May Qualify?

Medicare eligibility generally requires a patient to be under a physician’s care, need intermittent skilled services, and meet applicable homebound requirements. Eligibility is reviewed individually.

Contact our team with referral questions. We can review the available information and explain the next step without promising coverage or admission.
